I like the song. I'm hesitant to offer criticism because I don't want to seem negative, so please take this as intended positively: I think the vocals would benefit from a more restrained performance. She's got good pipes, and some belting is great, but I think holding back some would benefit the song.
Having said that, it's a great, clear mix. The production suits the material.
Do you know what your guitarist uses? Just curious.
Big ol' beefy mix. This sounds awesome, man. Got BALLz!
Thanks Sammy!

For this recording the guitars/bass were all Fender and the amps were VOX.

Not necessarily the first style of music that I'd turn to for listening pleasure, but enjoyed it none the less. Good song-crafting and production work. Thanks for sharing.
Good song, well performed and sung.
Mix sounds good but I would prefer a bit cleanup in 150h-700h area, maybe the guitars or bass or kick, for just a bit more clarity, not much!
Compare that area (bandpass eq) with a commercial song in that genre.
In the chorus 2 and 3, the 'Shine a light' phrase; I would like the vocal to sing louder, fuller from more distance from mic to get even more impact and buildup in the song.
Love the vocal mixing.
The song works and that is number 1.

Listening as I type. I like the wall of sound approach on this. Fine singing. Wow, she sounds beautiful. I don't mean that in a sexist way. (And I respectfully disagree with Reason about her needing to hold back.) Who's the drummer? He's really good.
The ending sustain(at 4:42-52)was artistic. Did you mix this, Hugo?
Great song! Yes - meaty mix!! love that kick! Gosh, I need to come over here more often! Great stuff Hugo!!!
Thanks Mark! Means a lot!

Thanks Tim. I'm the drummer but I did not mix it. I just have the drum duties in this band.
