Adjust loop section start end modifiers to be applied on MIDI as is in audio

so that this modifiers works in the same in both audio or midi:



@schwa: Even if technically in midi vs audio it's a different thing, why when using the same modifier as in audio applied in midi don't set loop offset of midi. For the user is the same thing, no?

in order to achieve the same result in midi as in audio we need to edit the loop offset marker inside the midi editor, which should be not necessary and is confusing.

+1 This is not only confusing but really slows down MIDI loop length editing. It took me a long time to figure out how to do it at all and my MIDI loops kept defaulting to the wrong length.
