Mouse Modifier Bug for Project Marker/region lane

Hi!

I didn't have that trouble in the past. In "Mouse Modifier"/ "Project Marker/region lane" Even if I select "No action" it still act as Hand Scroll is ON.
(only the mouse cursor icon change)
Because of this bug, I can't move Regions without messing things up.

Exemple :

It doesn't do that for "Midi Marker/Region lanes". The bug is only with "Project Marker/region lane"

SOLVED Update : It was the "Zoom preference" in SWS EXTENSION that somehow got activated by a script extension.
