Default Reaper 7.15 crashes when trying to import specific mp3 file

- Start reaper with a fresh project
- Try to import the mp3-file that can be found at https://we.tl/t-WG61eqeCJN

Reaper crashes instantly, every time, without exceptions or error messages.

I have an old project file that contains the song, which also crashes when trying to load it with the current version of Reaper (while loading that exact song).

It seems to be the shabby metadata from some Russian download site.

Computer specs:
Intel i7 4770K @3.5GHz
16GB RAM
Windows 11 Pro 22H2 (22621.2861)
Reaper 7.15 x64

I have created a demonstration, but the attachment system is pretty broken and won't let me upload a gif of over 256kB. I'll give a description:
Reaper is open. I open the "Import file" modal window. I search for Covalence and choose "Data 3 - Covalence.mp3". The mouse get's a little loading wheel. Reaper is no longer open.
