To run it, you will need lame_enc.dll. I can't post it due to licensing restrictions but it should be pretty easy to find on the Internets. I haven't looked at this code in like forever but it should still work.
is there a way this can be compiled somehow? I am trying to do this on linux so I can broadcast a jam, from Justin's official repo which I think has the latest on everything, but everything fails and it just seems more and ore impossible to do, plus the page on this original post is just down.
