Default Reaper and Zoom R24

Does anyone know if Reaper is fully compatible with Zoom R24 Recorder/Interface? I did a search for R24 and no hit. The Zoom R24 Interface Instructions has Cubase as the default DAW but I already purchase Reaper and don't want to switch at this time.

If R24 uses Mackie Control Universal emulation, its pretty much compatible with every daw that supports MCU.

Sure it is.
Just select the Zoom ASIO driver in Reaper's preferences, setup your ins and outs, and off you go.

Default R16 won't record

I have scattered these forums and finally got it to where I can hook my zoom R16 up into Reaper. The problem is, I can monitor the input but when I try to record, it picks nothing up. I have checked all the inputs and things of that nature and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I'm still relatively new to this.

I got it. I did the post where I had to disable the R16 in the MIDI. The other issue was that it recorded what seemed to be 4 tracks at once and so I have to go to set the recorded file to MONO 5 every time. I don't like it, but it works.
