Default Couple of fairly recent tunes - guitarish instrumentals

Haven't posted in a while, but I have a couple somewhat recent tunes to share.

Pretty close to final mix, but I might revisit the mix's before they go on an EP. Any feedback is welcom.

I hope you enjoy!

Sounds like you've gotten even better during the absence.

Nice! Thanks Sammy

I might have taken a guitar lesson or two during my hiatus

Enjoyed both of these! Really like the melody in 'Fade'! A lot of nice stuff going on in both!

You definitely have the "modern metal" sound down. Nice and crisp recordings with tight guitar tones. I'm linking to your website page. I like the phrase "home studio adventure".

Not my kind of music, but as a guitarist it is impossible not to enjoy.
Great performance & mix

I listened to Dismantled. Hot playing and an interesting soundscape. At around 1:30 there's a guitar line that's very angular and sounds almost like the guitar is drawing geometric shapes.

Thank you guys for the listen and kind words.

TL - I think your referring to the section from about 1:00 - 1:30

That is an excellent observation. the 16th triples are totally little fretboard boxes but bouncing off an open string. And thats exactly how I remember the notes.. lol rectangle - rectangle - square etc..

I hear that. I often think, when I'm playing, of geometric shapes that are spinning, morphing, changing color and texture.
