Default Themes (Solved)

This questions regards reaper default theme.

1. is it possible to delete reaper theme 1.x

If not, then is it possible to load specific theme via cycle action
to avoid the reaper theme 1.x

Thanks in advance.

You can go into the Color Themes folder, located in your Reaper folder which contains all the cool Reaper tweaks (on OS X it's in user/library/application support) and toss out any themes you don't want. This is also where you'd place new ones.

I don't think it's possible to remove the Classic_1.x one, since it's built-in (see post #7): https://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=165178

But as vdubreeze already mentioned above, Themes are located in the ColorThemes folder in the Reaper resource path (Options > Show REAPER resource path ...).

You can have a look at setting up [Theme] slots in the SWS Extension Resources (Extensions > Resources).
And then using the corresponding Actions like 'SWS/S&M: Resources - Load theme, slot 1', etc. in a Cycle Action.

After doing some searching in actions I found a action that allows you to have four themes on a list that you can cycle through. This works to avoid the old built-in theme.
