Default mixer layout request

Regarding the mixer layout in reaper.

Im coming over from Ableton, and was wondering if its possible to have move 'aux send' channels over to the right hand side of the mixer next to the master fader much like you have in ableton's layout?

Many thanks

Nope. There are no "aux send" channels in Reaper, a track is a track - it can be audio, MIDI, send, receive, folder, all at the same time.

To get the same behaviour, the mixer goes Left to right the same as the TCP goes top to bottom, so just create your receive tracks at the end and they will all be on the right in the mixer. You can change their layouts to something more stripped down for visual clarity.

Would be nice to be able to pin tracks so they stick to the left/right as you scroll them out of view, in Reaper's workflow that would be good to allow users who do prefer to use folders and receives as busses to have them always visible.

Btw, you can hide TCP tracks, too, so these empty tracks are not in your arrange.

Right click for everything I mentioned.

Pinning and aligning is note the same. How about a "splitter" in the track managmeent. All tracks above align left in the MCP and the ones to the right. So the OP can move all his send below the "splitter" and the setup work is done.
