Default Nektar Panorama P6 doens't recognize Reaper

Hi all,

Yeah, Reaper recognizes my Panorama P6, but the Panorama doesn't reciprocate. This means that I can play the keys and pads and such, but I cannot use the Panorama's faders for controlling Reaper, nor I can use any of the knobs for controlling panning, plugins, etc. The Mixer, Instrument, and Transport section of my Panorama do not even toggle on, only the External section works. I have reinstalled the Nektar software, power cycled, tried all sort of things, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? I don't know when this happened, I hadn't used my Panorama for some time, but I noticed it a week or so ago. Thanks!

If you downloaded and installed the "integration files", they should be in the /reaper/user plugins folder, so see if you can confirm those are there:
