MIDI notes dont align to grid when item is created withouth snapping no matter what.

EDIT: EXACT CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN FOUND AND REPLICATED BY OTHER USERS.

Here is how to create this bug.

1) When a MIDI item is created, either by recording or created without snapping, the notes will be off grid.
2) Copying those notes to a new item created with snapping of aligning the selection to the grid exactly solved the issue.
3) Selection can be made with snapping, disable it and create the item. It will be aligned. Only matter that the item is exactly align to grid when created.
