Default Recommended "Musically Aware" File Rename Utility

Can anyone recommend a "musically aware" file rename utility?

Something that can take into account file names such as "Ab4.wav" and help batch rename them with enharmonic spellings "G#4.wav", etc. And that can help transpose by octave "G#3.wav" or "G#5.wav". And that can take a group of selected files and incorporate a common string "G#4_v64.wav", etc.

Win10 compatible
Cheap/low cost
Easy to use (I'm old)
Reputable vendor (or open source)

Analyze WAV to determine root note

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give...

Try Bulk Rename Utility, I use it all the time to organize huge sample libraries.

It's free!

For what you want I'd use the replace function but it can do so much more, just check it out...

The rename facility in Directory Opus, a Windows explorer replacement, is very powerful and flexible. May be overkill for what you want, but for file management of any kind it knocks Windows into a chatbot.

Advanced renamer can do js and regular expressions which lets you do more complex stuff like note name detection, as well as really good list tools and chaining of operations that lets you do most everything just with those tools.
