High CPU Usage and not Unloading SSL Plugins

First posted in wrong thread, but here's about the bug I have:

The issue is with Solid State Logic SSL Native Plugins.

Upon loading one instance of X-EQ2 CPU usage goes from 12-18% which is very high. Similar with several others from SSL. This didn not happen before.

And upon unloading any SSL plugin the CPU usage stays the same. It can be released only when fully quitting Reaper.

Tested in:
Reaper 6.77
Cubase 12 Pro
Studio One 6 Professional

I have not noticed any problem in Cubase 12 Pro or Studio One 6 so far.

Emailed SSL support just in case, but perhaps devs should look into Reaper's issue too?

My specs:

Windows 10 Pro 21H2
Intel i9 9900k
64 GB RAM
NVMe Samsung 970 Pro
Sapphire Radeon RX590 8 GB
UA Apollo Twin X

Just a follow up:

SLL support replied and comfirmed it's a bug in latest update of their plugins.
Most likely because of new iLok wrapper.

They are working on a fix.

So not a Reaper issue at all

I'm having the same issue. Would you kindly pots here if you hear any news about a fix being released.

I can't use the plugins at the moment - they are crippling my pc!

This is the last response from support from few days ago:

I have not been informed of a time frame for this fix, but can see that our software team have been working on fixes for this issue.
Thank you for your understanding and patience. I will email you once the fix is ready.
