Default I want to change multiple midi items simultaneously

So I've recently jumped to Reaper from FL, please help if you done it earlier)
In FL if I change midi melody it changes in every midi items (patterns) assigned to the track. And to make it different I needed to press "make unique". But Reaper already think every midi item is unique)) Is it possible to make it behave like FL with midi Items?
It looks so simple

P.S Also so annoying everybody talks about multiple tracks or multiple instruments, but how the f make it in midis of the same track😭

Yes, you can set copied midi items to be what's called "pooled midi" items. In preferences, under Media/MIDI there's an option "Pool MIDI source data when pasting or duplicating media items".

This doesn't change the behaviour of copying by mouse dragging. If you want that to create pooled items by default as well, you'll need to edit the Mouse Modifiers in preferences. (For the context "Media item" and "Left drag", you'd want to change the action "Copy item" to "Copy item/Pool source data".)

I don't understand what you mean by this.

Did you select a different midi channel by accident than all channels?
