Melodyne does not work correctly with ARA

Hello, I use Melodine 4.2. And when I use it with ARA the Transfer button disappears. Melodyne automatically builds a melody. But when I change something in the track melodyne does not recalculate it. For example, if I replaced the take or made changes to the spectrogram Melodyne will still sound the previous version of track. If I don't use ARA, I can highlight the desired section and press Transfer and Melodyne will recalculate it. But with ARA there is no such possibility. Is it bug? Or how I can use reTransfer with ARA?
