Default Manual entry of numerical values

Forgive me if this has been suggested before, but I really want to be able to manually input numerical values for fields in Reaper that are currently only adjustable by a fader. This would include the volume and pan faders under media item properties, all pan faders, and values for many plugins (such as Loser's DVC, although this might have to be done with the plugin and not through Reaper). I miss having the precise control over values in Reaper that I had in other software.

Best form of navigating between fields is what Opcode Vision has. You can use ONLY the qwerty to change whatever you want. What a great design.

Some fields have this feature some not. It's an inconsistent mess

when you open the routing window for the track, the gain dB is selected, you just have to type the number.

Yes indeed, but that is not the case when you want to change media item gain for a specific region on the session! This should be implemented ASAP!

The only possible solution for now is to add take lane for volume in the item properties and set it on the timeline instead of the fader inside media item properties, like this you can right click on the volume line and set point level .
