How to make all plugins windows to open at the center screen position?

Hello. I want every plugin window I open to be placed at the center of the screen.
Is it possible?

Now it remembers top left corner position. So, if you tweak big plugin`s window (oldTimeMB, for example) to be placed at the center, next small plugin (regular oldTimer) you open would be situated at left side of the screen, where top left corner of previous plugin was.

I tired to tweak every plugin position.

Don't know. I never look at FX Chains in Reaper as I see every thing on my MCU controller. Out of interest I tried to see if you can after you asked the question. I couldn't get it to work. Same setting for opening the plugin GUI's, which does work nicely, doesn't seem to work for FX Chains. I think it maybe to do with the fact that Reaper handles "new" FX chains differently to ones that were in a project before the chain positioning setting are changed. But I'm guessing.
