Specify minimum height for record armed tracks

How do i change the minimum height required for a track to be record armed.

Some of my themes I want them to be pretty much just a name plate with Rec, Mute and Solo.. but the default theme pops it to the full TCP track view.

Other themes that I have allow it to be super small but not with the default.

Enabling or disabling Reaper preferences/Recording/ 'Always show full track control panel on armed tracks'.

You can change it via Walter as well via the:

tcp heights [ x x x x ] ; supercollapsed, collapsed, small (no recarm), recarm size

line in rtconfig.txt
