Default IK Stealth Limiter Input meter peaks don't match Reaper

Working on a Project that is using the IK Stealth Limiter on the Master

I've noticed that the Peak INPUT meter is showing a lower reading than on the Reaper master Meter

The RMS levels match fine

I noticed this when I bypassed the Limiter and Reaper was peaking in the red but the INPUT on the Stealth Limiter was reading well below 0db

Is there a way to match the Stealth INPUT Meter to the Reaper Master?

Thanks for your time and Help

if you right click on the meters, there is an option to add an offset. But I guess the peak shown by the limiter very much depends if it really catches the max signal or not (true peak limiter) during limiting.
