Default Looped MIDI items - option to hold notes across loop borders

Inspired by http://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=56991 (with video)

Example:

-> MIDI item, lenght = 4 bars
-> draw in a note with lenght of 4 bars

Now when looping this item it would be nice to have an option to tell REAPER to hold this note across the loop marker without retriggering it at the beginning of each new loop.

This could be very helpful to save CPU usage (used synth voices).

So when playing this single item (4 bars) in loop (repeat enabled in transport) it would never retrigger the note. Same if we have the item dragged out (looped). Note off should only be sent whwen playback leaves the item.

+1.

It would also be totally useful for plugins that use MIDI notes to trigger sequences (e.g. AudioRealism's ABL, ADM).
