On another clipsort.log file I get this error....others work fine, but some only have my audio, not the other players and 1kb file size.....

For the first one, with the full crash report, at a guess, given the error is in reading an OGG file, it looks likely one of the clip slice OGG files got corrupt.
You could probably fix it by checking each file and removing the broken ones from the clipsort.log. It might be quicker to remove the last few entries and try that first... (Back everything up before changing, of course...) I'd also say post the log in the main Reaper forums as a formal bug report -- it shouldn't crash on a bad import. For the second one, you'd need to post the clipsort.log. Again, I'd expect it to be the last few lines that have the problem - you might be able to just edit it to clean up.
