Default Generic Project Load at Startup

Hello,

I have my Reaper set up to automatically ask me to save a project when I start a new one so I won't lose anything if a crash were to occur before I give it a name/save.

So when I open up Reaper it goes:

1. Choose Project Dialog
a) Last active project
b) New Project
c) Project Templates
d) Recent Projects

This time, the project I want to work on isn't on the list of recent files or last active files so I "X" out of the Choose Project box.

2. Save Project Dialog box opens up.

Now I need to "X" out of this box - then choose "open" from the menu.

If someone were ever to try to open a file from reaper on my computer, they may overwrite a finished project with an empty one accidentally.

SOoooooooooooo..... Why isn't there an "open project" option in the "choose project" box??

Or is there something else that will work?

Thanks
