Default EventProperties dialog of MIDI editor no longer responds to note names (FIXED)

Hi,

Since 6.0, the Event Properties dialog of the MIDI editor has stopped responding to note names. It currently only responds to note numbers.

Reproduction steps:

1. Insert a MIDI item, load the piano roll and insert a D2.

2. Load the Note Properties dialog for the note you've just inserted. The Note field should display "38 D2" at this point.

3. Type "C2" in the note field and click Apply.

V5/expected behaviour: Reaper is smart enough to populate the Note field with "36 C2".

V6/regression: Reaper ignores you unless you specifically type "36".

4. Verify the above by typing "36" into the Note field and clicking Apply.

Thanks in advance for any tightening. If I can provide more info, just shout.

Scott
