Default Modartt Pianoteq Sale - One Day Left!

Modartt has a 25% discount on its products.

But I think today is the last day of the sale.

I really like pianoteq, because it is the best native piano for linux I know.

And as I found out they have a new classic guitar now in their instruments line. And it sounds really nice.

pianoteq 8 sounds better than previous versions. it is worth to upgrade. the guitar thing... Im not so sure. It is more difficult to make virtual guitars in general.

I upgraded to Pianoteq 8 and bought the classical guitar and the harp at the Black Friday sale. The harp version 8 sound much better tham its previous iteration.
I'm impressed with the classical guitar, a classical guitarist myself. But unlike a piano there is so much expressivity and nuances to consider with a guitar that can't be covered virtualy.

I upgraded from stage to standard yesterday, so I could choose one free instrument. I chose the guitar. And it is really good and has much options (flageolet, palm mute, slides, etc.) Sure, no virtual guitar will ever come close to a real guitar, played by a well trained guitarist. But it sounds really good.

Enough to fool even a guitarist in some passages!

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that because I had bought Pianoteq (just barely) inside the last year, I got a free upgrade to version 8.

Yes, I was surprised too. I bought version 7 earlier this year and was happy to see, that now I had a free upgrade to version 8.

It is perhaps worth pointing out that 7 and 8 are separate plugins, as I've just discovered. Installing 8 isn't going to update it for existing projects...
