Jump To Marker '9' Not Behaving Correctly (FIXED)

I'm a big user of the 'Jump To' window, primarily to navigate between markers. I caught this little misbehavior in the past few versions: Jump to marker 9 takes you nine measures past marker 9. Little quirk! 🐱*💻

It happens for all iterations which contain number 9:
m9, m19, m29, ...

(Windows 7 Pro, Reaper v6.08rc2, both 32bit)

Good catch on that, akademie! I've never had 19 markers in a project to catch it scaling up like that.
