Hardware Synths Delayed Over MIDI

Is there any way to delay the internal audio to sync with the hardware synths. My current solution is a parent folder with a delay but that is annoying.

I supposed the recommended standard way to handle such latency is using ReaInsert for connecting to the hardware synth.
