Default Why rendered wav.'s appear in stereo on Pro Tools?

Okay,

I've gone through this forum and I'm probably blind and just plain stupid but:

When I render mix-ready tracks to be sent for a dude who's mixing them on Pro Tools (I know, some of us are just plain suicidal...) and I have the track files on wav. and everytime the tracks are being imported to PT, they all seem to be stereo tracks? WTF?!

I know, the tracks aren't really in stereo, but that poor dude is pissing himself when he sees those imported tracks in stereo mode.

Any ways to work around that or is it just that the guy with PT is so called collateral damage in this fine realm of Reaper?

Hi!
Hate to say it, but you're probably doing it wrong.
