Default Support for file names containing non-English letters

At present I'm getting quite a few "Error opening source" messages when syncing files which have Chinese characters or German umlauts in their file names. It would be very much appreciated if you could add/extend support for languages other than English in order to make this already excellent program even better!

Hi Carbon,

Thanks for looking into this!

Hmmm, actually you're right, after checking the files it seems that roman letters with accents do work fine indeed, but some file names with Chinese (Unicode?) characters in it still cause problems. Here are some examples:

I've been receiving this problem on files which for some reason or another got a invalid characters in their name, so, it'll be great if the software had an option to create the "Synced" files with a valid replacement character, for example a "@" or something like that
