Item fades affect video not working on mp4?
Windows 10, reaper 6.82.
Using an .mp4 file, I couldn't get "item fades affect video" to work. Converted the file to AVI and it worked fine. Is that to be expected? |

not expected behavior but I recall someone noticing this in another thread within the past 3 weeks. I can't find that thread.
It would be helpful to know which decoder you're using for the video.

That's great, thanks.
I think it has something to do with HEVC / H.265. It's not likely to be fixed in a 6.X update
