Default OSX - files get built but are nowhere to be found?

Hello good folks, I'm having some weird issue here.

I'm on Sierra 10.12 with XCode 8.3.3. I managed to set everything up (seemingly) correctly, followed the video intro, edited the MFR_ID etc. and all that, re-compiled lice and AAX to support 10.7 target, and so on.

When I hit CMD+B in XCode everything basically builds, I get no errors, just two warnings from zlib/inflate.c that "Shifting a negative signed value is undefined", that's it. Build: success.

Yet I can't find the built plugin files anywhere...?!

I know, I know, "did you edit the common.xcconfig" and "did you make the paths writeable". Yes and yes.

All my plugin folders in /Library and ~/Library are set to Read & Write for myself, Staff and everyone.

I'Ve no darn clue what's going on... I hit build, it's successful, I can find the latest AAX output in the /Applications/Avid/etc sub dir, but that's it. No VST in ~/Library/Audio/etc, no VST in /Library/Audio/etc, nuffink.

Anyone have a clue what that might be about?
Thx in advance!

there is a "products" section in the xcode project. right click the plugin format you built and reveal in finder to see where it is! interested to know where it has gone :-)

Thanks for the reply.

I just tried that, does nothing, leads me to the folder that has the xcodeproj file in it. There are no plugins to be found in there as well. :/

(WOW, those forum upload limits are restrictive...)

Since externally hosted images are usually deleted after a while, that would lead to an incomplete thread for future visitors. I wanted to avoid that.

I don't mean to be a prick, since I respect what you guys do, but could you please focus more on the actual issue of the missing files, rather than a side note in parentheses?

Just go to address in finder: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/

EDIT: If you changed something in framework revert to default first.
