Default Workflow for finishing

I suspect this is a question more for the other bedroom hobbyists here, but I do welcome the advice from the pros as well.

Once I have several songs that are as "mastered" as their gonna get, I'd like to put them all on a CD and have it behave as much like a commercial CD as possible (without actually sending it to a commercial CD house). I'm not talking about the SOUND, but rather things like CD text, lead in time, etc.

CDBurner XP will let me burn a CD with CD Text. But it won't let me put any space between songs if I include CD Text. So a workaround would be to add space to either the beginning or end of each song to simulate that lead-in. But when I look at commercial CD's, there does not appear to be any such per-track lead-in built into the song itself.

So, any suggestions? Is there a way to get CD Text from within Reaper? What other tools are you guys using that might allow things that CDBurner XP doesn't? In case it matters, I'm on WinXP 32bit.
