Default issue with aac when rendered with video

there seems to be a problem with aac audio stream rendering when rendering a video. I rendered the video using h.264 QT/MOV/MP4 format and aac 256 kbps audio. I'm getting clicks in the rendered audio and rendering the video repeatedly with the same settings produces slightly different clicks at different locations. Clicks can be isolated by nulling the aac audio of two consecutively rendered videos. The audio nulls completely besides the random clicks.

This doesn't occur if I choose PCM Wave audio and even two videos with mp3 audio null perfectly.

Reaper 5.962 x64, Win7 x64
