[5.91 x64 Windows 10] Å in folder name - Reaper fails loading WAVs

Reaper 5.91 x64 Windows 10:

Audio files are not found if the .rpp-file and Audio folder is inside a folder with an Å in it (e.g. "Replokal Jim Åke Henric").

The search function fails to locate the files as well, but selecting them one by one works.

If I rename the folder, to Ake instead of Åke, Reaper has no problems finding the files.
