Translation

I just want to translate ninjam_winclient_0.06 in to Russian and Turkish.
I haven't compile anything before. Is there any one that can prepare a listing for translators?
Which languages are necessary?

I think which translating Ninjam also for italian language, should be a graet contribute.

I downloaded "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition"
checked project file I couldn't find what to translate.
Can Any body tell me where to find UI messages.
