This is my Frankenstein mashup of two themes -
It's based on 5.0 nitpicky, which is Lokasenna's excellent mod of White Tie's 5.0 theme, and also uses elements from 'Alterego', which is a really nice Cubase inspired theme from Lambda. Both of these themes were (and still are) shared freely, so I assume there is also no issue with me also sharing this mod.
The goal of this theme is usability and clarity - I value clear distinction of all elements at a glance, especially in my peripheral vision. There are lots of gorgeous themes out there that look wonderful in a screenshot, but they all compromise on functionality IMO, so I always end up back on this one. I also don't like the dark look for DAW's. Yes, monitors are getting brighter, but mine isn't, it's calibrated, and I don't personally find it easier to differentiate elements on a dark and dreary arrange page. However it would be easy to tweak this mod for a dark look by using the theme tweaker.
I've used the toolbar buttons from Alterego because I think their uniform consistent look makes it much easier to quickly distinguish what is toggled on or off, and what is armed.
I've also added three new small fader layout variations in the mixer with coloured faders/FX controls. I use these to quickly differentiate instrument channels(green), busses(blue), and send FX(red) and it works well.
I've also used the blue active FX slot background from Alterego, and the green send colour. I also find these much easier to differentiate at a glance, instead of having to focus my eyes to see what is bypassed and what isn't.
I've made the selected tracks brighter and clearer in the TCP/MCP - I've also made most of the text brighter or more contrasting too.
There are other little things but I won't go through them all, just minor stuff.

There are some preferences settings you'll need to check if you want it look like the pics/vid. Details are attached in the theme download.
I am no WALTER expert so please bear that in mind - you might encounter issues! I expect you'll need to tweak the fonts at your end at the very least. However, it's working very well for me, and if you're a former Cubase user like me then you'll probably appreciate it, so I thought I'd share it.
It's slightly too large for the stash - so here's a dropbox link -

Oh - and the toolbar at the top of the arrange is not part of this theme - that's mpl's excellent interactive toolbar script -
