Question on Layouts

Hi there,
a tutorial suggested me to mess around with the layout. He then i.e. sets "Mixer Panel" to "sidebar" but all options I find there are like "A, B, C, D" in different size values (150%, etc). Actually I can only find these options at all when going for layout... do I have to create options first myself or what am I missing?

If using the default theme:

Options, Themes, Theme Adjuster, Color Controls.

Scroll thru the topics (Track Control Panel, etc) by clicking on the litle white arrow before or after the text uuntil you reach Mixer Control Panel

"Extend with Sidebar" is included in the box containing the layout options.
