As you do so many questions without answering anything, without giving anything in return, and not feel a little embarrassed?

Because I want to be like you. : )

I would answer others' questions if I weren't so newb in WDL-OL.

But I'm slowly improving and might be able to help in the future.

Maybe your project is a little bit too big for a beginner. I started learning DSP coding and c++ one year ago and I spend a lot of time trying figure out things in WDL-OL.
May projects at this time are smaller because I know the difficulties. Before I startet I wanted to programm a sampler ... maybe next year

I'm in the same boat, started coding and using WDL-OL not too long ago and spending a lot of time trying to figure stuff out.

That got me thinking...how about starting a thread called "useful code snippets", similar as it's done for JS here

http://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=39781

Sure, 'useful' is highly subjective for anyone, but maybe it could be a start gathering some info in one place (instead of as it is now, spread over a lot of threads in the forum here).

What do others think about it ?

(Gotta say though, as a beginner, I couldn't contribute much useful stuff at this point, unfortunately).
