Default Larger sized themes.

I have a hard time reading some of the elements in all of the themes I found. The closest that I've come across to a perfect situation for me is the JanneUniverseV2_11 Large Mixer Layout. The dark text on the light background works well for me but when I get the widgets that use a grey on black background I have to lean forward and try to get my trifocals to focus.

What would be ideal would be to scale the graphics up 30%. If I could change my screen resolution from 1680 x 1050 to 1280 x 800 without everything getting fuzzy because I'm not running at the recommended resolution, it would work for me.

I am brand new to Reaper so it will be a while before I can get into the WALTER thing and do my own theme. What would be wonderful if there was some sort of scaling tool or command that I could get my head around so that I can read the screen the way I'd like to.

Did you try scaling the font size in Windows?? Check under the 'Display' option in the Control Panel.

Thanks for the suggestion. I just tried that and it wasn't of any help. I already have my Fonts scaled to 125% and a higher size only affected the menus and Windows text which I'm not having problems with.

Hi,

In reaper's preferences > general > advanced UI/system tweaks, there is an option to "scale UI elements... "

Good luck!

I saw that and reasoned that it was in reference to the Tool bar buttons. I will definitely revist that this evening and see if it solves my issue - which will bring shouts of joy.
