Default No playback or record in Reaper

Hi all.
I'm new here and have some problems. I've just purchased Reaper and all was running well. I recorded a couple of small projects and they were OK.
I'm using a Behringer UCG102 guitar/USB interface, running on a laptop using Windows 7 and have the 64 bit version of Reaper.
Now when I try to play or record, a message pops up:
There was an error while opening your audio hardware.
Error loading ASIO driver
Would you like to view your audio device configuration?
I click YES and the following fields appear:
Enable inputs (un ticked)

I have tried ticking or unticking variables, but still the same message appears. I have loaded Audacity afterwards, and the USB interface works OK with that, but still nothing works with Reaper. It won't even allow me to play previously recorded tracks. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Greetings, and welcome to the forums. Not familiar with your interface, but ASIO issues are a common pita. Her's what I'd suggest trying:

Download the 64-bit USB audio driver and ASIO4ALL USB audio driver from the bottom of this page. Then, try this -
Setting up the Behringer Guitar Link UCG102 on windows 7

Stamp your left foot three times, sacrifice a chicken, and let us know if it worked

it sounds to me that some evil thing ate your audio interface drivers...

I would try to uninstall and re-install them...

I don't know why it happens but over the years I have seen it happen about 5 times, with results similar to what you report.
...should be fixed for the next build... http://tinyurl.com/cr7o7yl
