Default Issue with LiceCap not respecting Windows 10 Zoom Level

Just purchased a new ultrabook which has come with Windows 10 installed as well as a recommended zoom level of 150% (Settings > Display > Change the size of text, apps and other items).

LiceCap does not respect this setting and as such recording a clip of for example 800x800 doesn't result in recording what I see on my screen. Could LiceCap be configured to respect this setting?

There is a version to test on http://landoleet.org, or I suspect it will be on cockos.com/licecap by the time you read this!

Default 1.26 works perfectly

New version works perfectly for me and respects my zoom level set in Win10
