play cursor escapes loop region when changing loop region's size
if you have a loop region selected and you change the right side of it, the play cursor escapes. The expected behavior is that the play cursor is constrained to the limits of the loop region if the cursor has been placed inside of it, so if you move the right side of the loop section it is a brick wall that forbids the cursor leaving it while the project is playing unless the loop region is deactivated or the cursor is manually dropped somewhere outside of it.
why does it matter? two reasons, because it happens often and also it's fun to play with granular noises.
