Default Bug: Dual Monitor Setup under Sierra

Dear friends, i found a very annoying bug in Reaper 5.40 installed on Sierra. I always use Dual Monitor Setup with Reaper: left window (main monitor) - Editor, right window (secondary monitor) - Mixer, in El Capitan it works exactly like it should, but in Sierra... Mixer always jumping to left window when i open new project from scratch, i drug and drop it to the right window, saving project, quit Reaper, open Reaper again and... Mixer is in the left window. This never happened to me in El Capitan...
Any help will be kindly appreciated...

I made the same experience with Reaper 6.0 under High Sierra. Anyone here who is on Mohave?

Just updated from El Capitan to Mojave, now I have same problem.
I noticed that Reaper opens where Dock is.
Don't have such problem with other DAWs.
Pro Tools and Cubase work exactly like it should

I'm on mojave and have the same problem. Interestingly, the window positions on the second monitor are correctly recalled, when I start Reaper by doubling clicking a session document in finder.
Can anybody else replicate this ?
As soon as I load a Reaper session from the Reaper File menu/dialogue the window positions on the second monitor are gone.

Similar problem in my case: Mixer and Main window opening on the same monitor even if I relocate the mixer to my second monitor.

On another computer, mixer is on left and main window on right and settings remains, go figure...

Mojave and Reaper 6.03 on each (Hack) machine.

Finally had the time to investigate: in my specific case, I have a third desktop (space) for Reaper but the two monitors have their own spaces (a setting in Mission Control). If I open Reaper on the first space then move the mixer to my left monitor and close, it reopens with the right configuration.

As soon as I use another space for Reaper, whatever settings are in Mission Control, mixer always return on the main monitor. Mojave 10.14.6 BTW.
