Default Expression Maps in Reaper

Hello Guys I'm working with Cubase Pro 9 and with Reaper. I find Reaper so light and stable but the expression maps we can find in Cubase are missing. They allow to work easily with diferent articulations especialy in Kontakt 5 when composing orchestral music.
Has anybody found an alternative to map expressions in Reaper?
Thanks a lot for your replies.

There are some scripted solutions, like this one: http://reaticulate.com/

It has been hinted that we could see articulation switching in Reaper 6 cycle...

There is another scripted solution for Reaper, though not as elaborate as the one posted by Dragon, but is practical by its use of midi channels:

I can recommend Reaticulate - I use it on orchestral projects. BRSO Articulate is also good - it was written by someone who's worked for CineSamples and Spitfire.
I don't know Justin's policy nor how Tack and Blake would feel about it, but I don't see why either shouldn't be integrated into REAPER's main program. Not everyone is comfortable working with Reapack and Reabank files.
A lot of the work has already been done not just by the originators, but also by the community - I've scripted artic maps for several libraries myself. So if either solution proves to be tight enough for Cockos' standards and compatible with their build objectives, it must be worth considering.

Would Reaticulate perform a glissando even if the sampled instrument doesn't?

Is something like this built into Reaper 7?

I probably should know but I haven't been using Reaper much for a couple of years. I recently liked a few of the updates I saw in Reaper 7, but I've completely fallen behind on comparing it to the other DAWs.

Thank you in advance if you can answer my question!
