Nice! Especially those melodic harmonies (e.g. "She has a life to live ...").
Like the images in the video. It would have been nice if the lyrics displayed a second (ms ?) or two earlier for each line. It'd give slow readers like me a chance to read them before you actually sang them!
We enjoy several of the same VSTs. Thanks for posting that stuff. I love "Mr. Ray"!!

Thanks - Yes "She has a life to live" needed extra vocal support so I could try to create the idea that the song has various distinct sections - the entire song is the progression of a spiritual crisis - with emotional and psychological steps/phases.
I agree with you - it would of been nice to have a few more seconds of head-sup to see the lyrics. Trust me - I did try! What happened is that I was confronted with a trade off - either perfect timing of lyrics OR have a fade in effect. I couldn't do both - mostly because the lyrics are often coming in fast. Without a fade in it did not look very nice - I was to sharp - images changing and words popping in your face. I worked really hard to try an get smooth transitions. Sometimes I even have a picture start off blurry and then come into focus. Fade in's really made a difference in the 'feel' of the video - so I decided I was going to have to live with a few milliseconds of lyrics being off.
Next time I'll try I work the amount of lyrics per images so that everything is perfect. I will get better at making videos!
The free version limits vids up to 5 min. It's nothing really fancy - very entry level - but the rendering process is very fast and you can visualise your work very efficiently. You know how painful it can get to have to wait 2 hours to render a 5 min video?!
This is a rather cheap video editor - but they got a few things right.
I really like the whil vibe of the song. Very Neil Youngish, and I like it.
Si j’étais toi, j'embrasserais mon accent Quebecois, et je n’essaierait pas de chanter avec un français "propre".. Mais c'est jute mon opinion...
Great job man
Merci.
OK, you're an Aryeon fan, right. There's a huge Arjen Lucassen influence I'm feeling (I'm a huge Arjen fan, myself).
I never heard of this band.
So I Googled and listened to a few songs on Youtube. It's pretty good music - very modern rock opera-like - multi-genre. I think I'll listen to some more - I'm enjoying the "AYREON - Day Three: Pain (Live)".
My song was mostly influenced by Led Zeppelin (for the sonics and arrangement of Stairway to Heaven), vocal technique (Roger Waters of Pink Floyd), and the guitar solo (Robert Smith of The Cure).
