Default Library/Application Support/REAPER doesn't exist!?

I was trying to install DrumReplacer, and the instruction said to place one folder into Library/Application Support/REAPER/Effects and another into Library/Application Support/REAPER/Docs, however. I do not even have a Library/Application Support/REAPER folder. This is really confusing me and I am in need of some help. Thanks!
