Default No MIDI Output

I am having trouble with getting a sound out of Reaper. The samples play fine, but when I open a track and do everything that the video says, I get the input bouncing away, but no output to my monitors. All other sounds work, and I am using Piano One.
What am I missing?
Piaggero keyboard, Focusrite 18i8 1st gen.

Is both Record Arm & Input Monitoring enabled on the Track?

Did you point the Piano One plugin to the Piano1.ins file (with the piano sound samples)? See post #5: https://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=168058

Do you get audio when using a different plugin like ReaSynth?: https://www.reaper.fm/videos.php#BvSC-6qq1vs

It's okay, can just insert virtual instruments instead of midi tracks. That's how I used Sonar.

I'm not exactly sure what this means.

So is it working now? Or is there a different problem?

No other problem. When you insert a virtual instrument on a new track it sets everything up for you. Output works to the speakers, I'm a happy guy.

Ah, OK.
Great to hear that you got it working

Just as a general side note:

Inserting virtual instruments via 'Insert > Virtual instrument on new Track ...' sets up the following Track settings automatically:
- Track Record Arm button enabled
- Input Monitoring button enabled
- Track Input set to MIDI: All Channel

If you insert a new Track and then add a virtual instrument via the FX button, you would basically need to do these 3 settings manually.
