Since version 1.0 of Cubase, you can quickly configure various mixer
views with a mouse click in such a way that you either only see
instrument, audio, group or send tracks, or that all instrument, audio,
group or send tracks appear on a certain side - i.e. left or right.
In principle, this is not possible in Reaper in this simplicity. The reason
is: Reaper only knows one type of track, a generalized track: When you
create a track in Reaper, it can be a midi track, an audio track or even
a video track.
It's different in Cubase: As soon as you add a new track, you'll be
asked what kind of track it should be: Audio? midi instrument? Midi?
groups? Send? This means that tracks are classified right at the
beginning. And after this classification, they can then also be arranged
or hidden in the mixer view.
Reaper does not perform such a classification - and Reaper's tracks
can only be roughly distinguished by the fact that they have certain
routing characteristics - i.e. Sends or Receives. Therefore a transfer
of the mixer arrangement that Cubase has to Reaper is not possible.

With Reaper, however, there is another method for arranging tracks in
the mixer: The "Track Views": You can define 10 track views, save them
and call them up with a mouse click. So you can put together 10
different mixer views and call them up again and again when needed.
Unfortunately, these track views are pretty buggy, so it would be good to
go along with this suggestion:
Track-views have a serious issue.
