Monitoring bug...

New Project>add new track and arm it and disable monitoring, put any plugin on the Master Fader....Performance Meter is showing cpu use for plugin on MF.

It shouldnt do this because ive got "Always run track FX" unticked and im not monitoring the input signal....so why is it processing while stopped?

Funny thing is it doesnt do it with plugins inserted into the individual Tracks, just the Master.

Im calling it a monitoring bug because if i was monitoring the input signal, it would be expected(like on track FX) but im not and its still processing something(???).
