Default Tax on reaper Registration????

Anyone else peeved at this?I live in three countries and so should be able to avoid paying any form of sales tax on reaper registration, but the registration software insists on charging me. First time ever on shareware for me...

Any comments? Or ways round it?
and yes I have emailed Cockos.

2 things are inevitable in life.
1) you will die some day.
2) You will be taxed by your goverment.

Why should you be exempt of taxes?. I am not joking or trying to be a smart ass. I hold 2 nationalities and pay taxes of the country I live in wherever it might be at the moment.
Alos. How can you "live" in 3 different countries?

Hello,

The reason for the tax is that the reseller we use (Register Now) does seem to have residency in multiple countries.

If you wish to purchase directly from us via Paypal or personal check, then you will not have to pay any tax.

For more information see the bottom half of this page:

http://reaper.fm/purchase.php

Note that we can't currently accept direct purchases from California residents.. but everywhere else is OK.
