Default No FX in Reaper...? (SOLVED)

Hi!

I'm sorry if this is a question with an obvious answer. I haven't used Reaper properly for maybe three months, but I have been updating the software regularly. When I came back to record a track today (guitar plugged in through Focusrite Forte, running Windows 7 64 bit), I found that - in spite of pressing the arm record button - I can't hear any effects. For example, my S-Gear 2 doesn't work, nor does any of the native Reaper effects. S-Gear works fine in its standalone application, so the problem is definitely in Reaper.

Any tips?

Thanks in advance!
Kras

Haha, it was! For some reason, "Monitor input" must've been unchecked in one of the updates or something.

Ignore me. I'm an idiot. Thanks for your help though guys!
